DYNICS Strengthens Enterprise-Wide Omnidirectional Data Flows with ICS360.Fusion

Features improve data, operator, and dashboard functions for plant floor systems

ANN ARBOR, MI – April 3, 2024 — DYNICS, a global leader in industrial software and cybersecurity protection, announced today the release of ICS360.Fusion 2.1.0. Offering an enhanced version of ICS360.Fusion – the company’s premier solution for connecting OT devices, enterprise resources, and cloud service providers – ICS360.Fusion 2.1.0 offers a series of new features and improvements that have been designed to complement existing functionality on plant floors and enrich real-time communications between all enterprise-wide levels.

“Building on ICS360.Fusion’s ability to serve a convergent industrial environment, ICS360.Fusion provides operators with even greater visibility into and control over the stream of data running between resources,” said Jeff Smith, CTO of DYNICS. “Connectivity is at the core of this new version. By connecting to numerous devices, such as PLCs including those from Rockwell and Siemens, ICS360.Fusion ensures that critical data is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

As factories and other verticals such as water and wastewater facilities transition to smarter IIoT technology and an increasingly connected environment, ICS360.Fusion provides resources such as ‘Store and Forward’ but improves on this critical functionality.  New Unsolicited Listeners allows ICS360.Fusion to listen for and receive data from supported OT devices such as PLCs.  Unsolicited communications reduce network loading and provides data on event, versus traditional polling.  ICS360.Fusion also introduces the C# operator, which allows users to implement custom functionality utilizing features available in Microsoft .NET technology. Other notable additions include Flow Comments, File and Directory Watching, and a Map operator.

This latest release of ICS360.Fusion continues DYNICS’ momentum of releasing product enhancements with a keen focus on efficiency, scalability, and security. The company has boosted capabilities for much of its OT cybersecurity line, including the DYNICS Cybersecurity Console for fleet management of DYNICS products, and our next-generation perimeter security platform ICS360.Defender.

“We are committed to meeting the demands of the evolving industrial cybersecurity market and our wide-ranging customer base. Enriching our product line allows us to surpass and achieve that goal and provide cutting-edge solutions,” continued Smith.
